Our technician was fantastic! He came out in the pouring rain and connected his test devices. He found that we had no refrigerant pressure in the line. He next looked at the inside part our mini-split but did not find any refrigerant leaks. He gave us clear options with the rain pouring off him on the choices we had. He gathered information from the outside and inside units and let us decide how to proceed. We had another technician from a different company come out and the technician didn’t do anything but say we needed to replace it.
